My name is Wayne and I reside on the West Coast of Florida, and I am a full-time yacht broker for an elite brokerage house called Allied Marine. Allied Marine is one of the oldest, most respected yacht brokerage houses in the US, and is owned by a world leader in the yacht industry called the Ferretti Yacht Group. I have had the pleasure of helping clients buy and sell yachts for over ten years, both in the US and worldwide. So why am I a yacht broker? The answer is very simple, I love it. I cannot imagine a better job. Let’s face it -- cruising around with clients buying and selling some of the finest luxury yachts in the world cannot be all bad. Also, in my over 15 years in the industry, I have been formally trained and educated in a number of yacht lines -- Bertram, Hatteras, Ferretti, Riva, Pershing, and Mochi Craft Yachts. I also have extensive education in Azimut, Searay, Tiara, and Maritimo Yachts, just to name a few. But in addition to selling new yachts, I have the pleasure of helping clients purchase and sell pre-owned boats. And the great thing about that - if it's pre-owned, I can help people buy any yacht, anywhere. Whether it's a sport fishing yacht, a motor yacht or a trawler, I've seen them, I've ridden them, and I've helped buy and sell them, both domestically and internationally. Used 30' Tiara Open

Used Tiara 30 Open
The 30’ Tiara Open is a perfect day boat/weekender.
With gas or diesel options, molded hard top and quality construction
that Tiara Yachts are known for the 30’ Tiara will satisfy any quality boat buyer looking for a premium 30’ boat.
The LOA of the 30’ Tiara Open with the pulpit and the optional swim platform is 35’0”
She has a nice 12’6” beam and draws 2’8” the hull has prop pockets.
The power is either a choice of two Crusader engine options or Cummins diesels.
The 30’ Tiara can come with a choice of a gas generator or a diesel generator and can come with a fishing package or cruise package.
The 30’ Tiara replace the 29 Open Tiara back in 2006 if my memory is correct.
The windshield is a composite material unlike the older 29 Tiara Open. The 30 has a stylish hard top.
Like all the Tiara Yachts she had a great helm station that is hinged.
There are a couple of exterior seating options. The interior is comfortable for a couple with air conditioning and a small galley and head.
Today – June 21st 2010 there are eight pre owned 30’ Tiaras on the brokerage market in the US

Listing Your Yacht

Hello are you considering selling your yacht?
A large part of my job as a licensed Yacht Broker for Allied Marine is obtaining clean quality listings.
I really enjoy my job and getting clean yachts to sell is all part of the fun. I enjoy the challenge of marketing the vessels and finding a buyer.
I have been brokering vessel for over ten years.
Over the years I have been to school and trained on Hatteras Yachts, Bertram Yachts, Tiaras, Searays, Azimuts, Ferretti Yachts, Rivas, Pershing Yachts & Mochi Crafts, just to name a few.
I do not specialize in one particular brand or style; one of the great aspects of my job as a broker is learning about and selling a variety of yachts.
There is more to the overall picture than listing a vessel for sale.
To list your vessel and sell her in a timely fashion and have the least amount of hassle, the following needs to be done:
Vessels have to be competitively priced. They need to be in “yacht show” condition all the time it is on the market for sale. They must be ready for water trials and rigorous Surveys.
